how to make easy saudi liver with pomegranate sauce recipe step by step with pictures
Ingredients
Chicken Liver +3 garlic cloves, grated + potato cut into small cubes ,fried +1 onion cut into cubes +2 Hot Pepper +1 pepper chilly cubes +2 tomatoes cut into small cubes without crust +1 tbsp of tomato +3 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses paste + sprinkle of salt + pinch of black pepper + sprinkle of ground cardamom + red peppers + turmeric + blended spices + salt according to taste +2 tbsp of oil
Heating the pan over high heat, then add the oil
Season the liver with salt and spices
Put in the pan and flips on the fire for a few minutes
Add the onion , garlic and fry the mixture until it is completely dry from its water and the onions fry
Put the chili and cold pepper, tomatoes and tomato paste and stir them with the liver on the fire for several minutes
Put pomegranate molasses and leaves until the mixture thickens and then remove it from the heat
