* Ingredients and method for making fried pasta balls :
- Two cups of boiled pasta in water only

Add the pasta after filtering it with the cheese mixture

Ingredients for the cheese mixture:

- 2 tablespoons of butter.
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano.
Two cups of liquid milk.

We move it over the fire when it gets heavy

Then we remove it from the fire

And we add:

- A cup and three quarters of a cheese mixture

What kind do you like

I used (mozzarella, smoked taco cheese, mexican mix).

Finally, mix it with pasta

And let it cool...

We make the ball and dip it in:

Flour

Then eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper

Then bread crumbs with a pinch of paprika and black pepper.

Refrigerate for half an hour to harden (step not necessary)

Then fry it in medium heat oil.
