- A tablespoon of sugar.
- A pinch of salt.
- Two tablespoons of oil.
- 1 teaspoon of yeast dissolved in half a cup of warm water.
Ingredients for lahm bi ajin manakish filling:
- Parsley + mint.
- One onion.
- Two garlic cloves.
Cold red pepper. (And you can add hot pepper) ًںŒ¶.
A small tomato.
- A quarter of a kilo of fresh minced meat (with a little fat)
