seafood fish kadai recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups shrimp
1 cup fish fillet cubes
1 tbs. crushed garlic
2 green chilli
2 tbs. chopped coriander
3 tbs. corn oil
1 tsp. paprika
salt, black pepper
Sauce:
2 tbs. corn oil
3 cups chopped onion
1 tbs. grated ginger
1 tbs. crushed garlic
2 cups chopped tomato
1 tsp. from each:
- cardamon powder - cloves powder
- cinnamon powder - coriander powder - black pepper
- curry
1 tbs. chopped coriander
1 tbs. chopped mint
salt, balck pepper
2 pieces green chilli, chopped
Method :
First prepare the sauce by frying onion, garlic and ginger in oil until tender, add the remaining ingredients, cook for 2 min, then cool and blend by using electric blender until homogeneous batter.
- Fry shrimp and fish with garlic and chilli in oil stir over high heat for 5 min. season with salt, black pepper and paprika.
- Add 1 cup of sauce, stir over heat for 7 min., garnish with chopped mint and coriander serve hot
