Ingredients
Minced onions + frozen or fresh spinach cut into small pieces + salt + a tablespoon of sumac + a tablespoon of olive oil + lemon juice
Fry onions in olive oil until its color changes
Add spinach, salt, sumac and stir the mixture on fire
Add lemon juice and a teaspoon of olive oil then remove the mixture from the fire
Ingredients the meat
Minced onion + garlic + capsicum cut into small pieces + minced meat + Pizza sauce + 3 tablespoon of tomato sauce + Italian spices + oregano + dried basil + salt + 2 glass of water
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil
Add the meat and stir it on the fire with onions
When meat juice dry and the color changes, add Capsicum
Add pizza sauce and tomato paste, black pepper, salt, dry coriander
And leave the mixture on fire till its succulents dry
Add 2 glass of water and leave the mixture until it thickens
Add Italian spices before lifting the mixture from the heat
Ingredients for the b�chamel
3 tablespoons of flour + 3 glasses of water + salt +4 tablespoons of milk powder + Mozyrela cheese
Mix the ingredients in a blender
Put the mixture in a pot on the fire
When the sauce thickens add two tablespoons of mozzarella and stir the mixture and then remove it from the heat
Put a little b�chamel sauce in a Pyrex
Then put the lasagna
Then put the meat on the lasagna
Then put the spinach
The last layer of b�chamel
Then repeat the layers in the same order
The last layer of b�chamel
Pyrex cover with transparent paper
Then put the tray in the refrigerator for 4 hours
Sprinkle the face with mozzarella cheese and pinch of oregano
Put the tray in an oven until it is cooked from the bottom and then fry from the top
