Ingredients Dough
three cups of flour +1 scrambled egg + a box of yogurt +a piece and quarter of butter
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl
And Knead the ingredients well
Cut the dough into balls and leave the balls for 10 minutes
Knead the ball of dough and cut in a circular motion
Anoint the piece of dough with the pizza sauce
Bend the other side of the dough and close the dough from the sides
Put the patties on an oven tray greased with oil and then sprinkle with little of semolina
And then put the patties in the pre-heating oven and fry from the bottom and then from the top
