The ingredients for the pizza sauce
four tomatoes boiled and remove its crust +1 tablespoon of olive oil + 2 tablespoon of tomato paste +1 teaspoon of dried oregano +1 teaspoon of dried basil + salt + black pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a blender
Mix the ingredients well until the sauce holds together
Anoint the sauce on the dough
