moroccan bread dough Ingredients
a kilogram of White flour + 1 teaspoon of salt + 1 teaspoon of instant yeast + warm water to knead
We need: oil + butter + soft semolina

Put flour in the bowl of the mixer, salt and yeast

Then add water and knead the dough in the mixer until it becomes knit and moist



Covers and leaves for ten minutes

Cut the dough into small balls equally

Put dough balls on a tray greased with oil so as not to stick

Covers and leaves for ten minutes


Stretch the dough with oil and butter in lengthwise

Then sprinkle the semolina on dough and fold the first side

sprinkle it with a little bit of butter, oil and semolina the other side the same thing

Then roll it


Put in the tray until you finish of the dough

Heat the pan on amid

Take the dough and press it a little by hand

Then extend it by hand into a circular shape

Put the dough in the pan until it is baked from the first

Then flips into the other side until it is baked
