Ingredients
Dough: 2 cup of sifted flour + ï؟½ cup of water +1 teaspoon of yeast + 2 tablespoon of oil +1 teaspoon of salt +
Filling: 2 potato, peeled and boiled +1 onions cut into small cubes + 2 garlic clove, grated + salt to taste + pinch of turmeric + half small spoon of granules latency + half a teaspoon of granules mustard + half a cup of chopped parsley +1 Red Pepper cut into small cubes
Mix the dough Ingredients for a little bit
Add liquid ingredients and then continued for kneading
Put the dough in a bowl
Cover and leave the dough for about half an hour until it ferments
Fry onions in a tablespoon of oil until it tender
Then add cumin, mustard, garlic and stir the mixture until onions become brown

close the edges of the dough well
Flip the dough on the other side and Knead in a circular motion
Put the dough in oven tray
Put the tray pre-heating oven from above and below until the dough is cooked
