meat sambusa Ingredients :
a Kilo of ground meat + one teaspoon of garlic + one teaspoon of ginger + 2 onions cut into small cubes +3 tomato mixed with mixer + a cube of Maggie + tomato paste + one teaspoon of each of: mixed spices +Salt + turmeric + red peppers + black pepper + tray of sweet peas
Method make meat sambusa :
Fry the ground meat and stir it until its color becomes white
Put the chopped onion
And fry the onion with the ground meat until the onion tender
Add the ginger and garlic and fry the mixture well
Add the spices and the Maggie cube
Fry the mixture well
Add the tomato sauce
And stir the mixture for a little bit

Leave the mixture over low heat until the mixture is cooked
Leave the mixture to cool down before you put the peas
Add the peas to the mixture and mix it well
