chicken samosa ingredients :
poached 4 chicken chest and cut into small slices + 3 onions cut into small cubes + 2 garlic clove, minced + a cup of corn +a cup of grated carrots + oil for frying + small spoon of each: salt + black pepper + red pepper + turmeric + mixed spices + a cube of Maggie
tablespoons (3) of liquid cheese + a cup of Mozzarella cheese
Fry onion and garlic in small amount of oil
Add the spices
Mix the spices well of onions
Add the chicken
Mix well the chicken with the rest of the mixture and leave it on low heat for 5 minutes
Add the corn and the carrots
