Ingredients :
salt & pepper
dried basil
powdered garlic
lemon juice
olive oil
onion, quartered, sliced
cos romaine lettuce , roughly shredded
Method :
Mix the salt, pepper, basil, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil at the bottom of a salad bowl.
Pile the coarsely shredded lettuce leaves on top. Do not toss.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate up to a day before serving.
When serving, toss well and serve
