Ingredients

Pieces of meat with bone according to family members + full spices: cinnamon - leaves Gar- Lome

cups (4) of rice washed and soaked in water for half an hour +1 onions cut into quarters + hot water + salt + a sprinkle of turmeric + Arab spices mixed + Black Pepper + cinnamon + a sprinkle of saffron

Filling: a can of chickpeas +4 onions cut into mid-sized cubes + � cup of raisins + a sprinkle of ground saffron + lemon powder +Cinnamon+salt to taste+ crunched cardamom + � cup of water for frying onions

Put in a pot hot water and then put the meat and leave it up to boil
