Ingredients
Meat pieces according to family members +3 onions sliced +3 garlic cloves ,grated +1 tbsp of olive oil + spices meat + Black Pepper + salt according to taste + turmeric + ginger powder + Lome powder + coriander a dry + sprinkle saffron + stick cinnamon + 4 beads of cardamom complete
Rice: 3 cups of rice washed and soaked for half an hour +1 onions cut into small cubes + salt according to taste + hot water + saffron powder + olive oil
Put sliced onions in a pressure cooker
Season meat with spices and grated garlic and saffron
