how to make easy indian chicken murgh makhani ramadan recipe step by step with photos
Ingredients
Bowl of chicken breasts, cut into small cubes + 2 spoon of oil + fresh ginger, grated + fresh garlic, minced + Chicken Tikka spices + large onion, cut into slices + tray of tomato paste +4 tomato large peeled and crushed + fenugreek paper + big spoon of honey + a cup of crunched cashew + quarter cube of butter + curry powder + mixed masala condiment + salt according to taste + tray and half the size of large cooking cream
Season chicken breasts with teaspoon of ginger, teaspoon of minced garlic , spices Tikka chicken and 2 tablespoons of oil
leave chicken breasts a full day or at least 4 hours
Fry Chicken breasts in small amount of oil until they are cooked
comb out the oil fromchicken breasts and put them aside
Fry the onion slices
Then add one teaspoon of ginger and one teaspoon of minced garlic and stir the mixture for a minute
Then add the tomatoes, tomato paste and leave the mixture until the sauce thickens
Put the mixture in a blender
Grind well
Then pour the mixture in a saucepan
Then add a tablespoon of Chicken Tikka and Chicken curry spices, curry powder, mixed masala spices and fenugreek paper
And salt to taste, honey and butter
And add cooking cream
Then add the crushed cashew and leave the mixture for two minutes
Then add the chicken pieces and leave a little bit until the mixture thickens, then remove from the fire
