Ingredients
A fresh meat sheep according to family members +5 tomatoes mixed with a blender +2 cups of vegetable broth +2 small circuit tablespoon of ground +2 large tablespoon of oil +2 onion cut into small cubes +3 garlic cloves, grated +1 teaspoon of ginger, crushed + salt according to taste + turmeric + Paprika + Black pepper + spices mixed +4 tbsp of tomato paste +2 potato +2 carrots +1 chilly green pepper +2 hot green peppers + ï؟½ cup of chopped coriander
Heat the oil in a saucepan and put meat and flips until it fries
Then put the onions, garlic and ginger and fry the mixture until onions browns
Put the ground Fenugreek, spices and stir the mixture and leave it on a low fire for ten minutes
Then tomatoes, tomato paste and vegetables broth
Stir the mixture and Leave it on medium fire for an hour and a half or until the meat is cooked
Then cut potatoes , chili and chily peppers , carrots and put them in broth
And stir the mixture on the fire for 20 minutes
Or even the potatoes, carrots are cooked while stirring from time to time
In the last put the coriander and leave the mixture for ten minutes
