how to make easy egyptian lemon dill chicken marinade oven recipe step by step with pictures
Ingredients
2chickens, cut into quarters + 2 large onions + 4 garlic cloves ,minced + salt + black pepper + a quarter spoon of yolk saffron + a spoon of molasses pomegranate + bay leaf + grated rind orange + half orange juice + 1 spoon of mustard + lemon juice +potatoes rings + onion rings + bell pepper rings + dill rings + thawed a cube of Maggie in a cup of water + olive oil + a sprinkle of dill + sumac + small potatoes
Put in a blender onions , garlic, salt, black pepper , yolk saffron , pomegranate molasses , leaf bay , grated orange rind , orange juice , mustard, lemon juice and the dill
Mix well with blender
Season the chicken with the mixture
And left in the refrigerator for two hours
Put the onions, potatoes , bell pepper rings in the oven tray
And pours the water cup which added to it a cube of Maggie
Put the chicken and potatoes pieces
Put a little bit of olive oil And a sprinkle of dill and sumac
Covered with tin and put it in a preheated oven from the bottom for 40 minutes then lifts the tin and grill it from the top
