how to make easy iraqi butter chicken recipe step by step with pictures
Ingredients butter chicken
2chickens, cut into quarters or eighths seasoned with turmeric, salt, red pepper, curry and fry +8 tomatoes, peeled and chopped + ï؟½ cup of crunched cashew + yogurt tray + coriander powder + hot peppers + leaves Curry + garlic + ginger + a cube of Maggie + tomato paste tray + minced onion + butter + oil + spices Tandoori + pepper + salt + mixed spices + cumin
How make butter chicken :
Put in the blender tomatoes, Maggie , yogurt, sauce, pepper, cashew , curry leaves, garlic and ginger
Mix ingredients until they become homogeneous
Fry onions in butter and a little oil until it takes golden color
Add the tandoori spices and mixed spices, cumin, ground coriander, salt and pepper
Fry the onions and spices for a little bit
Add the mixture
and chicken, chili and curry leaves
and leave it on a low heat for half an hour until chicken is cooked
