Ingredients
2 chicken ,cut +6 onions sliced +4 tablespoons of BBQ sauce +2 tbsp of soy +2 tbsp of tomato sauce + a cup of oil + a glass of water +2 hot green pepper as desired
Put onions in the oven tray
Mix barbecue sauce, tomatoes and soy oil
Season chickens well
Put chickens on onions
Then add the olive oil, water and pepper according to taste
Covered with tin and put it in the oven from the bottom for an hour to an hour and a half then lifts the tin and grill the chickens
