green peas potato curry recipe

Ingredients
1 cup Fresh/frozen green peas
2 Potatoes Diced
� tsp cumin seeds
� tsp mustard seeds
Few Curry leaves
� tsp turmeric powder
� tsp red chilli powder or to taste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Chopped cilantro for garnishing
Directions
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When they splutter curry leaves and cumin seeds. Saute for few seconds.
Add potatoes, peas, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
Add � cup water and bring it to a boil. Simmer and cover the pan. Cook till all the water evaporates.
Serve hot garnished with chopped cilantro
