chicken fajita Ingredients:
three chicken breasts cut into cubes + onions sliced + box of yogurt + 5 cloves of garlic grated + spices: cumin + black pepper + spices blended + 2 large spoons of soy sauce + 2 shredded carrots + lemon juice +1 capsicum sliced + mint + coriander + a cube of Maggie + mustard + mayonnaise + oil
Mix the chicken with soy , yogurt, lemon, spices blended and salt
Put the chicken in the refrigerator for an hour
Fry onions and garlic in a small amount of oil until they tender
Then put the chicken with onion and stir until chicken is cooked
Then add the coriander and mint and leave the mixture for a little on the fire
Then add the carrots, capsicum and leave the mixture on the fire a bit, then remove the mixture from heat
