Ingredients
2 chicken quarters cut into + spices mixed + salt + black pepper + Paprika + turmeric + potatoes + tomato sauce tray + a cube of Maggie +3 tablespoons of mayonnaise + Pepper + a cup of water +1 tomato +1 Green Hot Pepper
Cut potatoes into rings
Put potatoes in the oven tray
Season chicken with spices well
Put the chicken on top of the potatoes
Put the tomatoes, mayonnaise, pepper, Maggie, water and tomatoes paste in the blender
And mixed with the blender
And pour on the chicken
Cover it with tin
Put in the oven for about an hour or 45 minutes
After the chicken is cooked remove the tin and grill the chicken from the top
