المغش وهو عبارة عن قدر من حجر يصنع في جيزان او في الجنوب المملكة الحبيبة

نصف كيلو لحم
حبه بطاطس
حبه طماطم
فلفل حار (حسب الرغبة)
فلفل بارد
بهارات
حبه ثوم
حبه بصل
بامية

مقادير الخبز:
2 كاس دقيق
ماء
ملح

وتترك حتى تخمر لمده ثلاث ساعات
